These terms govern customer use of the Prashas tuition and association fee payment platform.

Role of Prashas
Prashas operates a technology platform that facilitates customer-initiated home tuition fee transactions and onward payout to a verified tutor destination. The tutor independently provides the tuition service. Prashas does not employ tutors, deliver classes, set tuition fees, sell courses or eBooks, or guarantee educational outcomes.
Association Fee Transactions
Where the platform displays a professional association application, the named third-party association is responsible for eligibility, approval, membership benefits and certificates. Prashas facilitates the application fee transaction and does not itself grant professional membership or accreditation.
Account Responsibility
Customers must keep login credentials secure and should review all payment information before confirming a transaction. Activity performed through a customer account may be treated as authorized by that customer.
Payments
For tuition payments, the customer enters the fee agreed with the tutor and identifies the intended tutor payout destination. Amounts, platform charges and taxes are shown before confirmation. Payment success is subject to gateway, bank and reconciliation confirmation. Prashas is not a bank, lender, card network or payment gateway.
Refunds and Disputes
Refund eligibility depends on transaction status, whether tutor payout or association processing has occurred, the relevant provider, payment partner and applicable law. Customers should contact Prashas support with the transaction reference for payment questions, duplicate payments or dispute assistance.
Service Availability
We aim to keep Prashas available and accurate, but services may be interrupted for maintenance, gateway downtime, banking delays, provider updates, security checks or events outside our control.
Prohibited Use
Customers must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, interfere with payment processing, reverse engineer protected systems or use Prashas for unlawful activity.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prashas is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service, payment gateway failures, provider-side errors or incorrect details submitted by customers.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as the service changes. Continued use of Prashas after updates means the latest published terms apply.
