Prashas One is a technology platform operated by Prashas Research Consulting Pvt. Ltd. It facilitates customer-initiated home tuition fee payments and onward payout to verified tutor destinations.

No. The tutor independently provides the teaching service. Prashas does not employ the tutor, deliver classes, set the tuition fee or guarantee educational outcomes.

Before checkout, Prashas uses a verification service to validate the bank account or UPI ID entered for the tutor. A successful verification confirms the payout destination; it is not a background, qualification or teaching-quality check.

The customer enters the amount agreed directly with the tutor. Prashas does not maintain or prescribe a tutor fee schedule.

The hosted payment gateway displays the methods enabled for that transaction, such as UPI, cards, net banking or wallet. Availability is controlled by the gateway.

Prashas verifies the gateway response. When payment is confirmed, a receipt and invoice are created and the corresponding payout is queued to the verified tutor destination.

They are a separate supported use case for named third-party professional associations. The relevant association provides and approves the membership; Prashas facilitates the application fee transaction.

Use Track Payment with the Prashas transaction reference and the email address or mobile number recorded for that transaction.

Any applicable platform fee, gateway charge or tax is displayed before confirmation.
